Includes two sterilized 2 lb milo grain bags with injection ports and two pasteurized 3 lb manure substrate bags. Culture not included.
Simply inject 5–10 cc of your edible mushroom liquid culture into each grain bag. Allow the grain to fully colonize, then transfer the colonized grain into a substrate bag.
Seal the bag — folding the top over and taping it shut works fine if you don’t have a bag sealer — then mix the grain and substrate thoroughly. Let it colonize for 10 days.
After colonization, cut a 2” slit just below the filter patch and watch your mushrooms flush beautifully!
Each grain bag inoculates one substrate bag.
Expect better yields and higher success rates compared to traditional all-in-one bags!
